The Data Subject, acting freely, of his/her own will and in his/her own interest, and confirming his/her legal capacity, and being guided by the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” dated 21 May 2013 No. 94-V, hereby gives this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the “Consent”) to Hubconnect LLC (Business Identification Number 250 440 024 983) (hereinafter — the “Operator” (Controller).


1. Scope of application

This Consent applies with due regard to the Data Subject’s role on the Platform. The Data Subject confirms that he/she:
• acts as a representative of a client/partner and provides business contact details; or
• acts as an independent contractor (Performer) and provides data required for identification, conclusion and execution of a contract, and for compliance with tax, regulatory and other applicable laws.


2. Form of acceptance

Acceptance of this Consent shall be deemed the click of the “Submit Application” button on the website https://hubconnect.work (for client representatives) or the registration button on the Platform app.hubconnect.work (for Performers).


3. Acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy

By accepting this Consent, the Data Subject confirms that he/she has read and understood the Operator’s Privacy Policy, available at https://hubconnect.work/privacy-policy.


4. Scope of processing

The Data Subject agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by the Operator, with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer (including granting access), anonymization, blocking and destruction — to the extent and for the purposes specified in this Consent and in the Privacy Policy.


5. Purposes and categories of personal data

5.1. Client and partner representatives

Purposes:

1. Providing information about the Platform’s products and services, reviewing cooperation requests and proposals, and maintaining communication;
2. Providing access to the Platform (creating an account, granting access to functionality);
3. Concluding and performing contractual relationships between the representative’s company and the Operator.

Categories of data:
• Full name;
• Position and company name;
• Work e-mail address;
• Work phone number.

5.2. Performers (independent contractors)

Purposes:

1. Access to the Platform (account creation and functionality access);
2. Compliance with tax, currency, and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3. Conclusion and performance of contractual relationships between the Performer and the Operator.

Categories of data:
• Full name;
• Identity document details (type, series, number, issuing authority and date, validity period) and scanned copies of relevant pages;
• Permanent residential address and scanned copies of relevant pages of documents confirming residence;
• E-mail address;
• Phone number;
• Bank account details (for remuneration and settlements);
• Documents confirming tax residency status;
• Entry/exit stamp details confirming border crossings and scanned copies of relevant pages;
• Visa, work permit, residence permit, lease agreement, utility bill, or other documents — scanned copies of relevant pages (if necessary to clarify tax residence or place of stay due to incomplete information).


5.3. Electronic copies of documents

The Data Subject authorizes the Operator to store electronic copies of the documents provided for KYC/tax compliance purposes for up to three (3) years to protect legal rights in potential disputes and/or for audit or compliance checks. After this period, the copies shall be irreversibly deleted with a deletion act (certificate) prepared. Extracted details and verification results may be retained longer — within the limits set by law and the Operator’s Privacy Policy.


6. Cross-border data transfer

The Data Subject consents to the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data to recipients outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (including cloud/email, KYC/AML, payment service providers, and business partners) for the purposes of registration, contract conclusion/performance, security, and dispute resolution.

The Operator shall ensure adequate safeguards and restrict processing through documented instructions to such recipients.

This Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until it is withdrawn by the Data Subject by sending a notice to hello@hubconnect.work. Upon receipt of a withdrawal request, the Operator shall cease processing within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
